General Information

Cleaning Accounts
All cleaning plans of Central Florida Pool Service include a water chemistry test and adding chemicals as needed, removing debris from the swimming pool, vacuuming the bottom of the swimming pool as needed, brushing the tile and walls, emptying all baskets, cleaning the filter as needed and providing documentation for services provided.

Central Florida Pool Service will come on location according to the maintenance plan specified on the customer account form.  Cleaning days will vary; therefore a request for cleaning on a specific day of the week on a regular basis will not be honored.  On occasion a customer might wish a specific day for the week for cleaning, if this is the case please notify the company at least one week in advance and every effort will be made to fulfill that request.

Due to time restraints Central Florida Pool Service will not be responsible for filling or "topping" off the pool with water.  The customer is encouraged to monitor water levels in between visits due to the possibility of prematurely burning out the pump motor if the water level goes below the skimmer.

Service documentation including the date and time of service, chemicals/products used and procedures performed are available by request.

During tropical disturbances or heavy storms some swimming pools may become heavily polluted by foreign debris including sand, leaves, grass and mulch.  This situation is not considered a routine weekly cleaning and is subject to a minimum $25.00 service charge per occurrence.
